The Diet Evolu7ion weight loss programme works on two levels, the conscious level and the unconscious level.

Food is always on your mind, whether you are planning your next meal or fantasizing about that yummy chocolate cake that you're not allowed because you're on a diet.
Of course there are some times when you are not thinking about food. Those times tend to be very specific. In fact the only time that you're not thinking about food is ....... when you're actually eating it!
Then it's mouth open, and shovel it in! If you're lucky you may even get to taste the first two or three mouthfuls, but after that the food virtually by-passes your mouth and heads straight to your gullet.
That’s why it’s so important to consciously change the way you are eating when you want to offload your excess weight. You may have cravings and compulsions for certain foods and you don't really know why. After all, not everyone has to eat chocolate every day.
Or maybe you comfort eat in an attempt to push down negative emotions - you're feeling really angry, sad, scared, guilty, hurt, lonely, bored, ashamed etc or you've had a really bad day and you need to eat to make yourself feel better, even though you're not really hungry.
There are many reasons why people eat when they are not truly hungry, and sometimes even if you recognize that this is what you are doing, it's still not enough to make you stop.
So why isn't it easy to simply change your eating habits or stick to a diet when you've decided that you want to lose weight?
Some people will say that it's all about having a burning desire to lose weight - but you can desperately want a result and still never achieve it, can't you?
Some people will tell you that you need unwavering determination - but how many times have you vowed to change what, and how you eat and still not succeeded?
And some people will tell you that you need to take action - but even though you follow all the rules and do all the right things - you eat all the 'good' foods, you eliminate all the 'bad' foods, you're following a 'healthy eating' plan - somehow or other you are unable to maintain this way of eating and once again your hopes are dashed.
